The Structural and Optical Properties of Perovskite Thin Films

Abstract Perovskite materials have many interesting properties such as modulation of the optical band gap and quantum wells. In addition, they a stable structure. For these reasons, perovskites attractive for optoelectronic devices. Additionally, structural can be changed by means different halide atoms doped into materials. this study, effect iodine on structural, perovskite thin films was investigated. KCaCl2 I KCaCl3 were prepared chemical bath deposition glass substrate. The crystal structures determined X-ray diffraction. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed that had crystalline film has better than films. Linear parameters using transmittance absorbance measurements. And then, values, extinction coefficient, refractive index, dielectric constants linear properties. It understood affected iodine.
